I have about a 30 inch waist and got the medium. It was hard to put on at first which is expected but after that putting it on is so much easier. it is very comfortable and nice and thick. I love it so far and for the price I recommend !

I wear my trainer for about 6 hrs every night, mostly while I am at work and let me tell you, I Love It!!!! I usually wear a large but had to go up to an xl and while its tight I think that's the point. I weighed myself on 11/22/2018 and was 191, then at my doctors appointment on 11/27/2018 i was down to 186, I haven't changed anything about my routine other than wearing my trainer every night. It makes my core sweat like crazy and it really helps with my posture. I love the changes I am seeing already and I haven't been training long. :)
