I’m 3 months postpartum and this is perfect! A struggle to get on, I’m 5’2 and 140 pounds after baby. I got an XS but once I got it on it was super comfortable and looks great under clothes. I bought this to wear during the day to keep me from curving my spine and stop the back pain of degenerative disc disease. It reminds me to keep my back straight at all times. My back feels so good when wearing it. And it feels stronger for hours after I take it off. The added benefit is that it is training my waist and the side bulges are disappearing. I love this product. It is doing exactly what I was hoping it would do for my back and posture.
