Great quality and great price. I like that this is a full torso because it does help with posture and also fully helps with compressing your entire abdomen. Some reviews will say stay with the same size, but I would really recommend sizing down. I have a 34.5” waist so I should be XL. Ordered a large and didn’t have to wiggle around too much to get it on. Super happy!!

Change brands/makers and I just love this style a lot better than previous one I purchased. This one has additional spines and are metal vs. plastic. Had to buy a second one because I snagged it on something and the outside material started splitting. Otherwise it would still be going and have had it for a good 6 months or longer.

Really good product. I don't wear it all the time since it actually not recommended for your internal organs.
I was wearing it at my wedding. I could still, sit, dance and eat and it made me look event more amazing.
I would probably use it after pregnancy as well
