Have been using this for about a month now and I think it's doing it's job. Didn't realize how well until I pulled a pair of jeans out of my closet that hadn't fit in a while. Surprise they do now! It can be uncomfortable if you wear it too long at a stretch. Start off on the largest hook/ eye and go down after a few weeks. Comes with reading material on how to use.

I am 5'6 155lbs, this waist trainer is great. I bought the medium and I just love how it makes my stomach feel. I like feeling the tightness around my entire waist. The only issue I had was that I think I have sensitive skin and it made me itch entirely way too much that I had to stop wearing it for a few days. I resolved my issue by putting a spaghetti strap shirt underneath it and the problem went away. Overall I love it

This is amazing. I got two other corsets/shapers in the $80 range the same time I got this- and this one is my favorite. Yes, runs a bit small but I wouldn’t size up. I ordered my usual size, a small. It’s very tight- but that’s what I wanted. Great quality

Started off with the XS, have now purchased the xxs! Ive lost a little more than an inch of my waist, But you are able to see I now have curves (DID NOT HAVE A WAIST BEFORE) Its been a little over two months but i do wear it 5x a week for 12-15 Hours a day! If you wear it enough it'll work.

Gave birth 6 weeks ago and I was using this other waist trainer to hold everything back in place but it was too bulky to wear under clothes. This one is perfect to wear under clothing and creates the illusion that I'm thin. For reference this waist trainer is a size medium and I'm 5'4 and 135 pounds, I wear medium to large clothing.

Pros: looks great under my clothes, not visible whatsoever
Cons: I'm only 5'2 with perfectly portioned torso and legs but I found this was a little short on me.
It was pretty difficult to get on but I expected that to be the case since it's supposed to cinch the fat in.
Overall I am very happy with this purchase
