    Fits tight, but feels good. I used the sizing chart to choose my size. I ordered a large and it feels accurate. It is also helping to correct my posture which I like.

    I purchased this in medium. I have a 28 inch waist so, I think I could have gotten a small. It has 3 rows of hooks, but I have to put it on the second hook to get the right compression. I am 5'8 , I love the long torso/ full coverage.

    I ordered this Friday and received it today which was faster then expected. I love this product, I love how it looks when I put it on, it's perfect. Some of the negative comments from this post almost made me want to buy from a diffrent seller. I'm glad I didn't, measure your waist to get the right size.

    I just received my waist trainer today and I ordered it last night :) my natural waist line is 33.5 inches and I ordered a size XL, it fits very snug on the first hooks. It also looks and feels very durable. Can't wait to see the results with exercise and clean eating!

    This fit just to size according to the measurement chart. The material is very nice and feels built with quality. I like the fact that it is very form fitting but isn't so constrictive that you can't move or breath. It not only helped me with slimming but worked wonders on taking pressure off my back.

    Im normally a s/m . Its tight on me , but i read thats how its suppose to me. It took me a little bit to get use too. I have noticed a difference wearing it , but i also go to the gym atleast 3 to 4 times a week . When wearing this , it improved my posture an i dont have as many cravings. I also eat in smaller portions ! So overall great for the price

    I would recommend that you buy a size bigger than your normal clothing size,
    I've purchased a large (which is my normal clothing size) and it ended up being too small.
    But other than that, I love it!
