OK.....no one wants to have to buy something that SEEMS too large for them.....BUT....follow the instructions and pick the size that is for you.....no one will see the tag.....I was THINKING that NO WAY do I need one THAT big.....WRONG......after returning the first one, too small, I am happily wearing mine EVERYDAY....so my original intention for this product was for a small hernia that needed some support....but really like the added bonus of looking better in my clothes!!

I’m 5’3, 135lbs and bought the large. (My waist might be 38”) I normally wear a medium/size 8-10 pants and a large in tops, I’m a 36-D. I have a self reducing hiatal hernia which that will pop out when coughing or bartending but I can push it back in- which leaves me feeling very sore & uncomfortable. (Also suffer from IBS and bloating.) It takes a day or two for me recover. I bought this hoping it would keep it in place and it does!

Its a great product. It is hard to put on the first few times but it gets easier. You do want it to be tight. It is very comfortable I wear it all day every day. It does make you appear slimmer. It does make your waist slimmer and it lifts up your breast.

Returned because it didn't make as much of a different as I'd hoped, but only because I have more of a loose skin from having children issue than a excess weight issue. High quality product and considerably more comfortable than other shapers I've tried in the past.

I suggest getting two sized down (not inches) from what your waist measurements are. The first one i got was the same as an XXL I returned and got the L, which is perfect for my waist training needs.

I think the quality of this product is really nice. However, I bought a large and it was too small for me. I ended up having to return it, but I will definitely consider buying again in the future in a better size for me.

I got the medium after measuring my waist, the first time you wear it you feel like a sausage stuffed into a case. But you work up to a full day wearing it. I wear it all day at work and it helps with posture too! I'm now down after about a month and a half to the smallest setting and gearing up to getting the sm.

At first I was skeptical of the product until I actually tried it. Some of the trainers I tried were flimsy. Not this one! This waist trainer is made of a durable & thick material. Super comfortable to work out in. Also helps with posture. Absolutely recommend! I would say order 1 size up. For example, if you wear a medium, order a large.
