I love this!!! I was having back problems from working and I also have a huge belly that needs to be taken care of. As soon as I started wearing this my back problems went away!!! After a little over a month of wearing it, I am on the third hooks! I already have a 4x one that I bought last year that didn’t fit so I plan on switching to that one soon. I have lost at least 3 inches since I started wearing this, while also working out and eating healthier. My only gripe is sometimes the sections with the steel bones can give me some skin irritation but it’s not enough to make me want to stop wearing it. I might try some moisturizer or cortisone to see if that helps.

This is a great product, however, it was too large for me. I did use the size chart, but for some reason, it still didn’t fit. I will be exchanging it for a smaller size, as soon as I return the current item.

My third day wearing it for 8 hours straight.It so comfortable at first I was like no way this is gonna fit me but I read the reviews and someone said just be patient when you try it on and I did...Im waiting to see my tummy shrink.

The sizing chart is pretty accurate, I’m at a 28 inch waist Naturally and I ordered a small even though the chart suggested a medium. I fit small everywhere else so I choose to go down a size and I’m glad I did . The trainer it self is really soft and comfortable but it’s definitely something to get used to putting on. Let’s just see how the results are

This is myfirst waist trainer. I love it love it love it. It gives me back my hour glass shape. I love the quality, the comfort level is awesome, it is not visible through my tops. The length is super perfect for my torso. I am 5'7 and I weigh 191lbs. My waist is 41 inches but if I suck in, it is 37-36 inches. I was so afraid to get the XL as I thought I would not be able to fasten it but I managed to get it fastened and I am soooooo glad I purchased the XL because I am on a weight journey and this one will last until I drop a considerable amount of weight. When I started putting it own I was about to give up lol but I did as one of the other young ladies suggested. I pushed back or folded back that flap underneath the hooks, then I fastened the first 3 at the top the one at the bottom and the rest is history. I eventually unlatched the bottom one because it just flowed easier once I got quite a few latched at the top. Now honestly if you are my size you can get XXL or even XXXL but I think it is wiser to get it smaller. Alot of ppl say you need to get your size but not me ...no pain no gain...although it is not painful at all and my waist is popping, that's right snap crackle popping with the XL. My goal is to be in a medium by August....can't wait...get this one and you will not be sorry.

I have a waist of 33in. After reading reviews I decided to go with an XL. However, it was too big for me. Returned it for an L and it fit nicely. It offers great back support and lifts the bust quite nicely. Looking forward to ordering a smaller size in the future.

Wonderful product, great material, this will be my 3rd waist trainer and this brand specifically is now my all time favorite!!!!I’m 10 months postpartum.I’m 5’7”. When I weighed 170 a year before pregnancy) I started with the XL to get used to it, (size 10 pants) then went to a L and it was a perfect fit. Now being postpartum, I’m 210lbs, in a size 16 and have a 42” under bust, 40” waist, 52” hips and a XL with this brand will not fit (including this because some of the reviews with my same measurements said an XL should be fine with this brand). You will need a 3XL if you have my measurements
