Okay let me start by saying this is PERFECT!!! It’s not “shapewear”. This is made to TRAIN your waist, it’s suppose to be tight, it helps improve posture, get rid of belly inches, and train your waist to look like you want it to. This YIANNA steel boned waist trainer is the same incredible quality as ones I have bought before for $100! I didn’t want to spend that much knowing I will need a smaller one in a month and I was nervous, but this one is legit! Just buy it! BEFORE YOU PURCHASE MEASURE YOUR WAIST! Your actual waist, one inch above your belly button. My waist measures 39” and I ordered the XXL. Are my shirts that large? No. But it’s the way the product is made and that’s how they are sized. The xxl took some breathing and praying to Jesus but after about 5 minutes it was on and it felt amazing. Recommendation; hold your trainer where you want it placed, lay down on your bed, and button from the bottom up. If it’s loose, it’s not going to do it’s job. The steel boned trainer does NOT move. It won’t roll up, it doesn’t poke. It is restricting but again, it’s suppose be lol It is amazing. I’m only 5’4” and it goes from right under my bra to the top of my panty line. This is the perfect length. I was hesitant to order, just pick your size and click add to cart lol you will be so happy! I am overly pleased with my purchase! I highly recommend this product and this company!!!

I’m 5’6” 197 I got a 2x it’s perfect. Hard to put on alone but with help it’s perfect. Wish it was a little longer but otherwise great. I just have a long torso.

This waist trainer is beautiful, form fitting, and comfortable. I have an hour glass figure, 159lbs, and am 5'5. I got the large and it fits perfectly. I have only worn it for a couple of days, but so far I love it! Fast shipping and quality product that will last a long time.

This waist trainer is great! First time it was a struggle putting it on (which it should be). I had to have my husband help. Wore it for about 2 hours. Second day in and it was still a struggle putting it on but this time I was able to put it on myself. The recommended size was a medium based on the chart but I went with a small. Glad I did. Great quality and looks like it will last for a while. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived today and am wearing it now - it fits like a dream and I can sit comfortably in it.It doesn't stick and lives up to it's description of breathable .I'm just in shock that a waist trainer that I ordered online actually meets and exceeds my expectations!!!Haven't worked out in it yet - and bonus - my guy loves it :)
