I just got my trainer yesterday, and it’s great. I got a size medium and it fits snug on the first hook. I am 5’2/5’3 and weigh 140 pounds. Has no smell like i see some reviews saying. gives me better posture and makes me feel very nice and slim. Feels like nice quality too

I love this waist trainer and how it cinch my waist!! The comfort is amazing and it helps with posture also. However, I could have gotten a large (my waist is a 37) instead of an XL because I can put it on the furthest prongs (as tight as it can go).

Today is my first day waist training. This is exactly what I was looking for! I saw reviews of people complaining about rashes, I think they didn’t wear a tank underneath. I will wear it 2 hours today and add 2 hours each day until I’m up to 8, then wear it 8 hours every day for a month to check results. I will update as I get to the smaller hooks. I got a size large, Rose Latex. I’m 5’5 and weigh 160. My waist size is 35” lower waist 39”.

This came in good packaging and didn’t have a smell to it. I can tell this is made with good quality. I love my waist trainer as soon as I put it on it fit like a glove. I wear mine more than eight hours, normally after I do a workout and to bed. My posture has changed just from wearing this the past week or so. I wash mine every other day by hand and have not been disappointed in it. I also got it in black.
