Honestly I never believed in waist training and dieting until I got this waist trainer I got a size 4xl in January and I’m in a medium now. I’ve tried other waist trainers before they weren’t that great and the kept rolling but listen she holds everything in places don’t she doesn’t budge. I’ve been on the keto diet I workout like probably once a month so if you guys are more committed then I am you’ll get to your goal wayyyy faster!!

This product is Amazing! I’ve been wearing mine for 10-14 days (I was a 28in waist and bought a medium) I recently just purchased a size small because I lost 2 inches off my waist line!! I am 5’4” and 150 pounds. I followed the sizing chart and I purchased the size large. The waist trainer is high quality and fits perfectly. It is long enough to cover my “mom pooch”. It is tight enough, but still comfortable. I have used it walking, doing HIIT workouts, and I have worn it to work. It provides great back support and my lower back pain is improving. It also helps my abdominal area sweat more. I recommend wearing a camisole/thin tank top underneath the waist trainer for added comfort and sweat wicking.

Took someEffort too get this on and think I should have ordered one more size up. I won’t return it but will order another one in an XL. I can tell I will love wearing this and it certainly does give you a nice shape. I have a 5 star even though the sizing wasn’t my right size because I know I’m going to love wearing this waist trainer.
