This is by far the best waist trainer I've purchased! I purchased the black ... I'll definitely be purchasing another one when my size is available in the color I wanted. I have a small waist so it's hard finding one that fits me tight enough and comfortable enough. Im on a weight gain journey and want to keep my stomach small and tight .. this is PERFECT! I love it!

So I’m 5’7 and around 190 lbsI orderd a xl from a different brand with the vest and zipper and it was so small this company was great because i also orderd the xl at first it was pretty tight after wearing it for the day it’s now breathable I can workout in it and it’s just what I wanted I usually wear a xl / ox or 1x in shirts totally worth it I’ll be ordering again if this goes well and I can size down !

Amazing waist trainer. The latex is high quality and the steel bones shape nicely. The breathable holes are perfect . I still get very hot but not like I have with others. Material is great although one of the steel bones is starting to stick out :( (I've had it for almost 6 weeks) I lost 4 lbs in the first week alone. I'm 5'3 , was 198 lb ordered an XXXL . Kind of a long torso plug you know my belly pouch :( trainer Fit perfectly. Don't have to keep pulling up or down. Also, the latex helps keep clothing secure

I'm 180 lbs, 5'6 . When I originally purchased this waist trainer I bought a L, it was too small so I returned it. I wasn't too sure of the sizing and got a 2xl. Put it on the first set of hooks and slowly progressed to the last set.Baby!!!!!!! when I tell you my waist is snatched. SNATCHED. I'm ready to size down to a XL to be honest.Well worth it.

I love this. Literally been wearing it for almost a week (4 days today) and lost 10 pounds! I’ve worn it for 8-9 hours a day and just walked or workout inside for 30 minutes every day and it’s been working! But Ive been dieting. Only drink water during the day, eat light meals (I do broccoli & lettuce wraps [or salad], chicken or fish; with Lots of hot sauce!) at night I make sure to stop eating after 8pm! Been absolutely the best!
