Perfect size! At first i thought it was too small, but after wearing it for an hour, it just needed to be used and it works great! I wear it under my work uniform for 6-hours and have only used it for 3 days now, and I'm already seeing results. UNBELIEVABLE!! I'm obsessed! I’m super excited to begin waist training. This is a super solid (but soft) waist trainer. I ordered a small, but my actual waist measurement is 27.5. However, I fit into the first row of hooks with relative ease. Ordering a size smaller may be best, especially if you’re only a half size above the next size down.

Omg, I am in love with it. I ordered it on Monday and received it today (Wednesday). It is definitely very good quality, packaging was nice and it fits amazing! I'm 5'3, give or take 150lbs. I'm pretty curvy, waist is at 33 and I ordered a M, same as my shirt size. I can honestly say, I expected it to be hard to get on especially with the hooks but once I got it on it felt awesome. Its comfortable, not too thick and the material is smooth and breathable. I could have gone with a shorter one though because mines does go all the way down there lol might have to pull my panties over it if I'm not trying to jump around in the bathroom when I have to pee. Overall, I'm very happy with it. I've ordered a couple of waist trainers before and by far this is my favorite. Thank you!

This is a great belt. It's good to rub cocoa butter on your belly and put on a compression tee before putting it on. This helps with the itching.

This waist trainer is just what I have been looking for! My waist measured at a 42 inches before I ordered it. According to the size chart I was supposed to order a size 5XL but thank god I read the reviews which advised to order two sizes down! Getting the waist trainer on the first time was hard! I swore it didnt fit and and I would have to size up. But I took my time and got it on and it fits! I do wish it were an inch longer though! My torso is longer than the average! But I am overall happy with my purchase!

The quality of this waist trainer is great especially for the price. I have never used a waist trainer before so I’m not used to having the steel bones on my skin and being constrained. I am 5”2’ and 130 pounds and I got a size medium. Since I’m not used to waist trainers this is a good size for me. I think I will get a size small once I’m used to having it on for a few weeks. The first day I wore it for about 6 Hours and it was slightly uncomfortable. The second day I wore it over a soft thin shirt and it feels waaaaay better in case anyone has sensitive skin and wants to try wearing it that way.
