I'm on the very last clips dor it to fit. I cant go smaller then where ou ts at,right now. Overall nice fit love it just know I will have to buy a size or 2 bigger.

Make sure you go up a size if you’re more than a 32 around the waist, I ordered a large that was too small and had to exchange it for an XL which holds me in perfect when I workout. It doesn’t roll down or show under my clothes.

Totally worth it!I've been starting since a large size and on to the last size of XS ! This really helps with waist. Really thick material which is great and comfortable. Although I wear it with a tank top underneath as it makes my skin irritate with sweat. Highly recomendable 😀

This thang works!!! I was skeptical, but it definitely works! I ordered a large & started on the last hooks & stayed on the last hooks for 3 weeks, not really paying attention if it was working or not. I did notice my stomach getting flatter a little bit. But it wasn't too big of a deal to me. Until one day one of my husband's friends came over and said that I was losing weight. So I decided to take my measurements again. I realize I have went down 4 in off of my waist. but I was still on the same hook so I decided to see if I can go down to the next hook. But it went past that and went down to the first hook. I couldn't believe it I was down to the first hook and didn't even know it. Now I have to order a medium one. if it wasn't for my husband's friend I'd still be walking around here wearing the same same one and on the same hook. This really works. I did not exercise either. I have lupus so I'm in a lot of pain a lot of times so I can't exercise like I really want. I do have to eat healthy tho because I have lupus. But on the other hand I take medication for it and it involves steroids which causes me to gain weight. So I need to watch my weight, especially around my belly area. This has definitely helped. It takes time to get comfortable with it, but it doesn't hurt tho. It does push your titties up into neck tho. Giving you that Dolly Pardon kinda look. But with that hour glass added figure with it.....Chile.....I'm here for it!!!!

I've had this waist trainer for a few months now I weight 120 and I'm 5'2 I chose to go with the xxs because I knew from previous waist trainer your waist Slim's down so this work perfect for me because it has the 3 hooks so I can always adjust it if I feel it's too snug, I wear it 8 hours a day almost everyday I do have one or 2 days off but the material it's strong! And the price was great! Very happy with my buy!

I am a 38 in waist. I ordered a 3XL instead of 4XL after reading the reviews. I will say when I first put it on I was concerned that I barely made the very last/most loose row. After a couple of hours I easily moved to the middle row. Some few hrs after I had to snap the first 3 hooks to the last/smallest row. I can imagine I will easily make the last row by next week. Maybe even faster since I am actively exercising and have dramatic calorie deficits. I started wearing this on my cheat day as well when all of this occurred. Beer and pizza 😬.
