This is the best waist trainer I’ve ever used. After two weeks of using it, i was already on the third hook! I could notice a slimmer waist and a flatter stomach.I wear it for 10 hours a day, and it has also helped with my posture.I got a size large, and I’m 5’3 and 150-155lbs. Will definitely order a smaller size in this.

I picked the size that I normally wear in clothes...it was difficult to put on and took me about five minutes the first time but it was easier and quicker after that. I’ve worked out wearing it and it was not uncomfortable.

I love this shaper! I’m 202lbs and I have both a XL and 2X. The XL fits but I can only snap the first row of clamps and it’s a bit too snug for my liking so I’ll use it once I lose a few lbs. The 2x is actually too big wen on the first row of clamps so I use the 2nd row. In the pictures I am wearing the 2x on the second row of clamps and it’s super comfy and breathable. It looks great under clothes and is very strudy.

Habia tenido otras fajas incomodas, que se enrollaban al ponerlas y que lastimaban mis costillas; esta faja me ha sorprendido es comoda, ayuda a tener una mejor postura y para nada me lastima, buen producto, recomendable. Mi cintura es 42' compre XXL, y me quedo perfecta.

I’m 5’2 125lbs and I got a small. Since I’m small from above my stomach it fits a little lose but fits tighter in my stomach since that’s where I need it. So it’s comfy While it gives you support. For now it’s on the very first line. I’m only using this since I had a baby and need support for my lower stomach. Since I’ve been working out I need that extra help. I use it over my tank top. For a few hours of the day while at home.
