it just wasnt tight enough i wear a size 18 in pants my waist is 47 inch i got a size 6x and wasnt tight enough. I will re order a size or two smaller.

I ordered an XL. I am a 5'1 , 175 lbs female that Carrie's most of my weight in my belly,back,booty,& thighs due to PCOS & genetics. I am on the first rung of clasps right now and I've only been wearing it for a week. Due to health issues, I will hopefully be losing weight for the remainder of 2020 and hope to be on the last rung by Christmas or have to by a smaller size. It is a trainer and a corset so yes it will be uncomfortable in the beginning,but pain is beauty I guess. Note, my back back does overflow while wearing this up where my bra clasps,but this doesn't bother me since I wear mostly dark clothing & use this as motivation to lose weight. I would still repurchase from this brand in the future.

I read the reviews when I first purchased this and went a couple sizes down based on a lot of the reviews. However, when I received it, it was way too small. I then went with the 6x size recommended by the sizing chart and it fits perfectly. I am very happy with this. Although I am happy with the flatter abdomen while wearing this, it helps my posture tremendously and I noticed an instant improvement in my back pain.

I'm 5'2 145 and got a large. The large will fit really tight at first which is what I want..I am about 3 weeks in and on the second row. I have back issues and this has been heaven sent. Works as a corset trainer and great for your back. I got my friends to order and they are happy as well. Love it.

I originally got a 3x when I'm normally a 2x but it was waaaay to small so order what the description says i ordered a new one in 6x and it fits perfectly. I love it i did have to have my husband help clip it up for me so beware of that it's kind of hard but once its all clipped up it does exactly what its suppose to!

I am 5’11” tall with a 38” waist. I read a ton of the reviews and decided to order size LARGE. It’s the perfect size for me. On day one I really needed help getting into it (hooking from bottom to the top) but by day 3 it was easy for me to do on my own. Like anything else I think you need to break it in for maximum comfort. However this is the first waist trainer I’ve ever ordered that was flexible enough for me to workout, run, sit, etc. I’ve been wearing it for 8 hours a day and absolutely LOVE it!!!

Omg what can I say, at first I thought maybe this is to tight, but I made it work and I have no complaints, the quality is really nice, it does not look cheaply made for the price i paid...I will definitely buy another one when I start to lose more weight....I use to waist trim with an actual corset, this is much easier then lacing up...I love it and dont regret my purchase...(really pay attention to the size chart if you dont want to send it back...)

I’m 5’4 170 lbs I’m overweight by 30 lbs and carry most of my fat on my breasts and lower party of the body. I deduced to start keto to loose the extra weight and a waste training was definitely part of the plan. After reading reviews I thought a large would be too big and I was right so ordered a medium It is a bit snug but on the comfortable side of snug. I could’ve probably gone down to a small but I’m staying with the medium for now. This waist trainer definitely corrected my posture and what can I say I love it! I will update my review in a few months to see the changes

Fantastic trainer. Definitely follow the size chart. It's strong and feels like it will do the job. Definitely go with the 25 bones if your looking to cinch your waist.

So I read most of the reviews and decided to go for a 4xl. I know that by looking at my picture you wouldn't guess that but I have a Buddha belly. I tried it on yesterday and wore it for 8 hrs. It was a bit snug. Today I'm on the 3rd hook. Not sure if I was just bloated or it just wasn't fitting right. Anyway, it's great for looking a bit trimmer in clothes and to help with workouts and posture. I am currently in my 9th week of clean eating and keto. So, is this a magic worker? Nah. But if you do what you're supposed to, it'll work.
