I love this waist trainer because its comfortable and you are able to wear it for many hours! Unlike other waist trainers, this one doesnt feel like its the wires are stabbing your abdominal area or rib bone. Took me forver to find a good one, i tried it from my friend first and decided to buy mine and im so glad i did! you wont find another one this comfy for such a ghreat price! also im able to to workout with it comfortably!I got a size medium, my pant size ranges from brands but usually size 5 and 27 some brands like express jeans im a 2.Also Ive worn it like 3 times already and im already at the second hoook. but i workout 5 times a week and got a body massage that makes you loose weight. I feel i should of gone a small but a medium will fit for now. I really love this waist trainer, I have gotten a different waist trainer from another website and it will leave painful marks on my stomach (it seems like small burns). So I will leave it on for a few hours and then remove it. This one is perfect! I left it on the entire day 🙂no marks no burns! I even order two more as a gift for my daughter and god daughter and they love theirs as well!

I was skeptical about waist training in general but I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Helped me with my posture and back pain as well as helped me lose inches off my waist (along with some body weight exercises and a balanced diet). I’m so in love with this waist trainer!! The first one I bought was an extra small and that one was super comfy. It took me about a month to move on to the next size which is amazing. so now Im down to the XS and I guess since it is tighter it’s been a bit uncomfortable underneath my breast area but other than that I love it!! I have noticed a difference!!! Totally recommend it if your trying to waist train

I’m 5ft 4in, 214lbs and I’m a mother of 3 and I got the XL. I read most of the reviews and based my decision on that. This was my very first time buying waist trainer ever. The only thing is it doesn’t come long enough in the front to cover my pouch. And it pushes down on my butt so I try to pull it up in the back. It might just be my body type. I have a donkey butt 🤣 so naturally my butt sits pretty high. But overall it sucks you in and this is my third day and I’m able to use the second row of hooks. I’m very satisfied with this product. If you are thinking of getting one stop🛑 thinking and just buy it I love it!

I was supposed to order an XXL according to the measurements but I was right at the border of an XL so I decided to purchase the latter size. Getting it on the first time was work but in two days wearing it for four hours each I am now on the second loops. So so glad I bought this. After the first use there were results. I have worn something similar before so it was very comfortable for me. I’m not sure how it will be for others but I am in LOVE with this product.
