It is so much of what I expected. Under 5 days I lost 1 inch to my waist. I am normally a 27-inch waist person, but ever since i started it has helped with my back pain and me sitting upright and sucks my tummy in well... I wished they made smaller sizes. I got the smallest one available. TO ALL MY SKINNY LADIES OUT THERE SHAPED LIKE A BROOMSTICK, THIS GIVES YOU THAT CURVE. 😂❤️😊

When wearing it, my figure noticeably changes. It really helps eliminate hip dips as well as slim your waist. It's pretty stiff, which is good if you are trying to improve posture or you need back support. I purchased a size medium, as I have a 28 inch waist and I found that the last row of clasps works best for me. I would recommend downsizing because you will get more use out of it as your waist shrinks. The height of corset is uncomfortable but not unbearable while sitting. It's unfortunate that there isn't a variety of heights and I think that is something the company should invest in.

I legit NEVER write reviews, even if it’s bad but THIS, THIS!!!! Most amazing thing ever. I got the short torso one in M I’m 5’4” 140lb and I think the length of my torso is 12” or less. I’ve only had one waist trainer before from 5 years ago maybe. Thing was always too long, poking my cat, and the oddest part, it would like push my stomach out instead of compressing it, looked like I was pregnant. I got decent side results from it but it was latex garbage. Thin, the boning moved, NOT THIS I TELL YOU, granted I’ve only had it on for 15 mins but I feel more comfortable than I ever have. Perfect length: true to size BUT REMEMBER you’re supposed to start off on the first “loosest hook” so don’t be afraid if you think it isn’t going to fit, I usually attach the bottom one or two then start attaching from the top and undo the bottom ones and continue down. I have no idea what this material is, there isn’t much stretch in it so knowing your measurements is key!! ( I bought it according to my measure being closest to the max size of one) but the fabric is soft and comfortable and doesn’t move. Thanks for making my Monday

Received my order ontime with no damage. I'm 5 5 , 2261bs, ordered size 4xl.. I suggest you order a 3xl-2xl because it doesn't fit that snuggy.. Overall its very comfortable and the quality is great. You're getting value for your money.

OMG! I love this waist trainer so far. After, several days of reading the reviews, I finally decided to buy this item. Well, let me tell you something. It works. I am 5'4 and 162 lbs 6 months after my 3rd child. My belly area measurement is 37 inches. Based on other reviewers, I got the medium, I could have gone with the large as suggested. Anyway, it took breaking a few sweats and my husband to clip it on. But, once on, it was fine. I am still breathing. I will update more comments with pictures before.

Received my waist trainer today pretty comfortable after wearing it for a few hours. It was hard getting it hooked but I like that the length is long enough to cover my torso and flattens out my FOPA. I originally was going to order the 2x but after reading more reviews I'm glad I went back and got the 3x instead. I'm 5 ft 3in, 188 lbs, waist 37 .

I weight 180, I am 5’3. I measured my waist and went off the size chart. I love this waist trainer. I have lower back pain and this thing helps so much, instant pain relief. When my back hurts I put it on. I do my house chores with this thing on. Also, I run with it that way I have a straight posture when running.Cons:I have a long torso so it won’t give me full coverage but that’s ok.I recently started wearing a spaghetti strap shirt under the waist trainer because I was running too much and I gave myself some kind of “rug burn” it’s ok I fixed the problem. I wear it to work as well and it keeps me sitting straight.Just buy it you will not regret it! Get a measuring tape and look at the chart.

Fit as expected.read all the reviews, I ordered a medium and am 5' 2 . 150 lbs. It is a bit long for a small torso like me but still works and fits perfectly.on week 2 and on the second ring.wear atleast 8 hrs a day and have seen a difference.also good to wear at nite if you are a binge night eater. Makes you think twice about having a snack at nite.hope this review is helpful as others were for me!
