I admit...I feel snatched!! This waist garment is the truth. I probably could’ve went up another size but the goal is to go down. I’m 5’7, 198 pounds, and got a xxl. I initially brought a xl but I should’ve went by the size chart. Switched it out and I’m pleased. Also best quality I’ve ever had.

Heads up! You need to get your waist measured, and it has to be the exact size that you purchase, no less, I have a medium torso and if you have a small torso you must definitely work something out with your sales rep, due to the fact that it covers all your torso, great material, content with my purchase.

I have ordered 3 waist trainer from this company in the past 2 months. The first one I ordered 2 weeks postpartum and it worked so well It became too big after a month. Love this waist trainer its breathable, comfortable and doesn't roll up. I first ordered a size extra large in the skin breathable latex and had to return since it was too small. I reordered a size 3 X-Large since the comments said to size down and i'm 5'2 weight 175 pounds with a 39 inch waist. I was able to clip it on the second hook and I will be ordering a smaller size once I'm on the third hook.

I love it!!!! I was told to get a different brand that was more expensive but I saw the reviews on this and well I got it today (6x) and it was a challenge to get it strapped but I did it and once I did it felt normal and better. Automatically I felt a shift change in my midrif area. Im using this as a all day thing and then I have a different one (a different brand) that I use for exercise in the evenings. But this is just my first day with it. And i feel so comfortable and make me look slimmer.
