When I first received this it was packaged great. I initially thought that I couldn’t fit it because it didn’t lap all the way around. I watched a video and realized that you have to basically get help to put it on. I got a medium which was a mistake lmao. I’m 5'8 220lbs. Once I got it on I couldn’t breathe smh. I then tried to move around in it. Very comfortable just make sure to get the right size. It’s worth every penny and when I look in the mirror I feel like I had surgery. Amazing ladies so don’t even hesitate and no I wasn’t paid but I wish lol.

Ok this product is awesome and since I have got it I wear it faithfully ..I've lost wieght and this brand I love I also purchased another waist trainer well sauna one and it's awesome as well and will stay with there product I keep losing weight and this trainer I see results alot so I'm happy with my purchases with them I have a small and I'm happy very happy .. also you do have yo eat right and excercise dont expect to lose weight or the waist trainer to do everything for u .u have to still work for it

My waist is 32inches I got a medium and it fits perfect!! It’s tight but I’m still able to breathe and sit down with no problem. I love that it doesn’t roll down it stays in place.

I literally just got this but WOW! It is so comfortable and to be so affordable I will be purchasing more!! I have 4 others that I’ve paid up to $100 + for. I will update on its performance but I expect great things. Just make sure you know your measurements and your good.

This waist trainer is great! It’s cheap and effective. You aren’t wasting your money unless you think your waist is supposed to form without any work behind it. The bottom of it is a little scratchy but other then that it’s fine.

I purchased the 25 steel bone waist trainer. This waist trianer is definitely worth the money I got a size small, I weigh 157 lbs 29-33 inch waist depending what I ate haha!Im used to wearing waist trainers so I'm used to being constricted. I could have squeezed into an x-small but it would have been tight and difficult to get on!!!! Im current on the first hook with the small and I could honestly work out in this without discomfort.My last trainer was not from this company for about the same price and nothing compared to this quality. The only complaint I have is the package arrived a day later even though it was marked as delivered on estimated date. But definitely love what this trainer does and the quality is A1!.Definitely will be purchasing again in the future

I love this, it does exactly what it’s supposed to. It takes a minute to put on and get used to but I find it helps with posture and even bloating. I have digestive issues and this helps a bit.
