Just like any trainer it's a bit smaller then the actual size but it does stretch a little and it's comfortable unlike other trainers.

I purchased a small size about 2 months ago. I wasn't sure if I'd like it at all. After the first hour, I loved it! I've worn it average 8 hrs a day 5 days a week. I love how it makes me suck in my tummy all day and my clothes fit so much better. Also, it makes me not eat as much. I'm about to order a smaller one soon :)

This product was exactly what I was looking for. I am currently on a weight loss journey, and decided it was time to start waist training. Awesome ! Came on estimated delivery date and the size fit well. I am 5'4 and 165 and tried the XL, which was a lucky guess! I'm on my second set of hooks now. I feel more comfortable with after a couple days of wearing it.

It fit perfectly, the fabric is breatheable, and there's no chafing from the fabric or the clasps. It takes a few wears to break it in but that's expected from all corsets. It's stiff enough to provide back support and keep its shape, but not so stiff that you can't still work out in it.
I would highly recommend this product!

I bought this product on Jan 17th, got it Jan 21st. What blew me away was the quality I got at the price I got it for. It's heavy duty.
As far as size I wear a large bought a medium and I have to have my husband help me get in it but the feel of it is amazing. My posture is straight. I LOVE IT!!! It is DEFINITELY worth every penny spent!!! I will come back wit my result!

this is a good product. according to the size chart i was a medium and that is what i got. you should be able to button it on the first hook when you get it and have it be snug but not limit mobility or be painful, if it is you need a bigger size. it should feel more like compression rather then constraint, remember this is not meant to be a corset. I am already on the second hook after a month of wearing it and i will be ordering the size small soon. i am also working out, lifting and trying to watch my calories and macros. the real key is eating clean and lifting. the waist trainer is just there to help you with your posture and to remind you of your goals. you will only loose permanent inches if you work for it the waist trainer will not change your body for you. this waist trainer is very comfy as well, i would highly recommend this. it was very fast shipping too. A++

I was going to buy a trainer from the Waist Gang Society, they are a bit overpriced, but I was willing to pay for it! My goal is to get a smaller waist and lose weight before June. I stumbled upon this waist trainer, and I decided to give it a try. It came in sooner than I expected, which was fantastic! I ordered a medium without even measuring my waist. IT FIT PERFECTLY!!!! Even on the third hook. I am a beginner at this. I just started dieting and eating healthier. I only have worn this for six days now, can't wait to see the change.
