Great back support, which is the main reason i purchased it, and then after having two babies, i wanted the help of getting my little waist back! We will see how it goes, but after only 3 days of wearing the waist cincher, just around the house doing chores, my lower back pain is minimal!

So far so good. I had difficulty at first, but now I am able to put it on perfectly. I don't know if it will generate the results I want, but I will keep you posted. I ordered a size small and I am 5'1 and weigh about 135 (with a 34 DDD bra size). The material seems better than the one of my last cincher and it does not fold on the sides like my other one, so I am quite pleased.

Sizing information: I am 5'7 163 and my waist is 33 . Reguardless of what the size chart said, I ordered a L and it fit me perfectly!

I love this product. It arrived lightening fast. I began wearing a 3XXL in Febuary 2016. Along with consistent exercise, colon cleansing and portion control, I lost 35 pounds and 4 inches off my waist. I am now wearing a 2XXL and should be on the third row within three to six weeks. In another two months, I will order a 1XXL and continue the same process. This waist trainer does help me in losing waist inches and weight, along with the correct protocol that works for me. I have the latex one for the gym and the satin one for wear outside of the gym. I highly recommend these for training the waist and for weight loss. The down side is that I have an excess lower tummy pooch from the weight loss and tummy squeeze.

I noticed a huge difference after only using a week, and I'm already a fairly in shape person. I ordered a large as my waist measured at 31 inches. I will be needing a medium soon as I'm already on the last row of latches. Kind of amazing being that I could barley get it on the first row when I recieved it.

This is my all time favorite waist trainer. Great price, packaging was neat. The waist trainer fits as expected, according to the size chart. I'm 5'2 (probably could have ordered the shorter torso one, but I don't mind the standard length) 110 lbs, got an XS. I can't wait to order more!

It's been over a year now since I first bought this. Just wanted to say that it works well if you're consistent. I lost 4 inches and got to my goal waist of 24 inches so I stopped. I would recommend wearing a tank top or thin shirt underneath as this will leave red marks on your skin. It took 2 months to get rid of the marks. But otherwise I love it. Cheap price and does what I want. Super durable too. I've only washed it twice though as wearing a shirt under really protects the corset.

i am about 115 pounds and i ordered the small and it fit perfectly. i wear all the time and it is actually very comfortable which was unexpected. It does work in changing your figure, I know have a somewhat hourglass shape. I definitely recommend this product to anyone!!!
