This fits true to size when using chart and after reading others reviews. I am 5'2 and 150 pounds using a size large. Fits snuff like it's supposed to. After one wearing for just a couple hours I can already feel it working.

Absolutely love this! I am 5'3 167 pounds and I originally went with the size chart which was a 3x. Was way to big so I took the shot in the dark and got a large instead. It fits perfect! I wear it about 8-12 hours a day and it makes me look slim. Depending on the style of the shirt you can't even tell you are wearing one! I love it!

I figure I probably burn at least a million calories getting the darned thing on, but once it's in place it looks amazing. It's more comfortable than I expected and beautifully flattens that post-baby flab.
A few tips -
1) Wear a smooth, comfortable, cotton tank top or camisole underneath to minimize skin irritation.
2) The first few times you wear it, make sure you allow yourself plenty of time to put it on - it takes awhile.
3) It's much easier to hook from widest to smallest, which for me means bottom to top, but could be different for different people.
4) It is a process to get it off, too, so don't wear it if you're planning on having multiple adult beverages or ending your evening with romantic activity - there is NOTHING romantic about getting this thing off.

I highly recommend it, though. Helped my posture and back pain and definitely makes me feel better about how I look!
