I love this waist trainer, I purchased 2, and gave one as a gift to my mom. This really makes my clothes look smoother on me. I can wear dresses and not have a pooch. I would caution with thin material because you will be able to see the hooks impressions though your clothes. I wear things that have a pattern or thicker material.

I started with an XL to get accustomed and within the next month ordered a M and am soon to order a S. Definitely takes some time to get used to, but Im a rather wide and big hipped girl and I can see the curves setting in. I love it. I even got my mother starting to use my XL waist trainer now that Im not using it anymore. Makes me feel fit and tight, its very supportive and helps so much with my posture which is a definite plus.

Love it! I purchased the one in the photo and it looks and feels great. I have a very hard time finding a waist trainer small enough for me. I ordered a size XXS. I have a waist size of 21 and this fits amazing. It is very tight but that is what I wanted. I also like how it covers enough that it does not squeeze my sides or back skin. I'm sure the other sizes fit great as well if this one fits excellent.

I love this waist trainer. I sized up two sizes than my regular size. This waist trainer is very good and it holds me in very good. It is a very good material and is not floppy. I have had this waist trainer for a couple of months and it still is holding up in good condition. I have noticed that the bloating in my stomach has decreased.Also, when I eat with this waist trainer on it helps decrease my appetite and help make me full quicker. This waist trainer has helped me with my posture and I experience less back pain now. This waist trainer is a good investment.

So far so good, i am 5'3 130lbs and got a large for myself to combat post baby skin on my stomach. And years of wearing hip hugger pants reaaulting in a muffin top, this Holds everything in, and its not uncomfortable.. id buy again

I got a small, I'm 5'6'', 125 pounds.
It fits great, I used to only be able to close the first clasp but now im on the second one!
I love it, the material is thick and sturdy, not like other waist trainers i've had in the past.
The rods don't bend/ the material doesn't stretch like others I've used in the past.
I notice a difference if I use it for 2-3 days!!
I'm kinda bad about wearing it but if I wear it for more than 3 days is for sure a notable difference.
I wear it during the day, or at night, or even when i do cardio/work out. I recommend it if you want that cute hourglass shape!!

Fits awesome, I am 5'6 , currently one month post partum and 150, I got a medium and it fits perfect. I have been wearing it consistently, about 3-6 hours a day for a week and already see results!! Love this corset! It is very durable and doesn't bunch up like my Belly Bandit BFF does, it and it was $80! I love that this was so affordable and not to mention this is long enough to fit from bra line to hip flexor, which doesn't leave me with weird bulges above or below either. Highly recommend this product!!

Just like any trainer it's a bit smaller then the actual size but it does stretch a little and it's comfortable unlike other trainers.
