    this is a good product. according to the size chart i was a medium and that is what i got. you should be able to button it on the first hook when you get it and have it be snug but not limit mobility or be painful, if it is you need a bigger size. it should feel more like compression rather then constraint, remember this is not meant to be a corset. I am already on the second hook after a month of wearing it and i will be ordering the size small soon. i am also working out, lifting and trying to watch my calories and macros. the real key is eating clean and lifting. the waist trainer is just there to help you with your posture and to remind you of your goals. you will only loose permanent inches if you work for it the waist trainer will not change your body for you. this waist trainer is very comfy as well, i would highly recommend this. it was very fast shipping too. A++

    This is an AMAZING QUALITY for an AMAZING PRICE. The only thing I did wrong was order a short one instead of the regular size. It's really short where as tho I either have back fat or not fully covered at my bottoms belly. I would suggest the short corset for people who actually have a short torso or maybe a flat belly who just want to train their waist. But on the quality side this is really good. I love it. About to order the correct style now. My waist is a 30 and i ordered a small. And it was pretty good getting on. I was able to move it to the last latch within a couple hours. It is not painful to wear but yet very secure. I've had a good amount of waist trainers and this is the best one. Well made! Another thing. On the last latch this actually a 29 so my next order will be an xs and ill start at the last latch.

    I love the fit of this and it is comfortable. I am 5'4 and 135 pounds and I bought a medium. It fits on the very last set of hooks which I good so I can see my progress.

    I was going to buy a trainer from the Waist Gang Society, they are a bit overpriced, but I was willing to pay for it! My goal is to get a smaller waist and lose weight before June. I stumbled upon this waist trainer, and I decided to give it a try. It came in sooner than I expected, which was fantastic! I ordered a medium without even measuring my waist. IT FIT PERFECTLY!!!! Even on the third hook. I am a beginner at this. I just started dieting and eating healthier. I only have worn this for six days now, can't wait to see the change.

It has been on for 2 hours and I have definitely put movement to the test. I can feel it but it isnt uncomfortable at all. Definitely recommend. Im a beginner and will be buying another to alternate between.
