I absolutely love this waist trainer. It is such amazing quality for the price. The only problem for me is it is way too long. It goes up too far and triggers my asthma so I can't really breathe in it. I was going to return for a short torso option but they don't have one in small. So I will have to get creative.

I love how discreet this is under my clothes, even on tight-fitting clothes. I chose this particular one because it has a lot of bones in it. More bones means more support and less crumpling/bunching of the fabric. I ordered a medium, and on the first day, I was on the first row of hooks. About 3 weeks later, I am down to the last row of hooks and it doesn't feel as tight anymore. At first I was just thinking that maybe it has stretched out, but then when I measured myself, I did lost an inch off my waist. This is with diet and exercise, but then I was already in the same diet and exercise regimen before I started wearing this and I did not lose inches off my waist. I went from 29 to 28 in 3 weeks. I am getting ready to order the small now. I love the quality of the construction and the materials of this corset. I was worried that I was not going to be able to bend over when I am wearing this, but I was wrong. It is a little tight, but I can definitely bend over and put my shoes on and pick up something on the ground. The only thing I did not like was the smell of rubber when I first wore it. The smell eventually subsided, but it took about a week or so before the smell went away. I haven't used it when working out yet (because I do some cardio before lifting, and I like to feel comfortable when working out rather than feeling constricted and have difficulty breathing). Highly recommended, especially for the price! You can't beat it!

I recently purchased this waist trainer to enhance my workouts and diets. When I first put it on I had to put it on the first row and it was hard to do. Today I'm on the last row and purchasing the next size down. It feel amazing and with a fresh food diet and shakes my waist is getting smaller and smaller. Best Amazon Purchase to Date !!!!!!

When I first tried to put it on it looked too small. But as I started hooking it closed it kept closing. I am about 130 5'4 and I ordered a medium it is a little long but I was able to fold the ends a little. Tough to wear more than a couple hours first few days. Still getting used to it. But I love it! You can see it through some clothes so I layered clothes with it. Very good material. First time ordering and very happy.

I love this cincher, I've ordered multiple times now. I've been wearing these since early 2017 and have gone from the 4x to 1x in 6 months. It's high compression but comfortable to wear at the same time. I can workout and move freely while wearing this. I'm very satisfied!!

My advise when it comes to picking your size is to go by your waist measurement. Don't base the size you pick on just height and weight because body type plays a really BIG part in how this will fit you. Just because someone weighs the same as you, does not mean that size will fit you because their body type might be completely different than yours. I'm 215 and 5'5 and my waist is smaller than a friend of mine who weighs 20lbs less than me. She could not fit my waist cincher, she had to get one 3 sizes higher than mine because her waistline was larger. So make sure before you order your waist cincher, you measure your waist and go off of Yianna's sizing chart, not Amazon's chart.

I got a medium and I am usually a medium in tops and it fits perfect. I have put it on the first and second setting. Very comfortable. Fixes my posture, keeps me warm (lol) and I can stand to be in it all day. Came as pictured.
