GO BY THE CHART.

My waist is 38 and after reading a TON of reviews, I went with an XXL. I definitely need an XXXL cuz when I wear it, I get a big muffin top on the top and the bottom.

Aside from that, it does look really awesome and I can't wait to lose a little weight so I can wear it more. I wore it once for a few hours and it held up fine, even though I was way too big for it. So it is very sturdy.

Definitely recommend. Great, durable material. . This product really holds in the fat, lol. I've uploaded some pics to give an idea of how well it works (1st 2 pics WITHOUT the trainer.) I'm 5-8 195 pounds. The product provides long coverage down to the hips. If you want a tighter fit and you have measurements similar to mine, order the large instead of xl.

It is what I expected. I'm 32 waist and I got a medium size. At work I'm sitting down almost 10 hours a day and wear it the whole time! It helps with my posture and keeps the belly under control! I think is contouring my waist, or at least that's what people says! Sometimes is itchy, but I'm ok with that because now my clothes look amazing when I wear it! I totally recommend it!

I am 5'3 and close to 150 LB I ordered a size medium going off of their size chart as well as other customer reviews. It was definitely hard to get on the first time but much easier after. It fits very tightly, but that is the point. It instantly made my waist more pronounced and hid my mama belly fat. I wear it under my clothes each day at work. It has significantly helped with my posture at work as well. I will say it is going to keep you warm and you may sweat while wearing it!
