    This product is amazing. I am really impressed by the quality and the look of my figure when this is on is incredible! It is almost impossible to detect even under thin shirts, holds me in flawlessly, and makes me feel like a million bucks. SUCH a confidence booster! I will say that as for putting it on the first time you need to be comfortable with both looking and feeling like a busted can of biscuits. Totally worth it and the next time you put it on it becomes a bit easier. Also, a huge benefit other than the belly slimming that I desperately need is that it actually has a calming effect. There are various documents that support corset training for anxiety and depression. This is one of the reasons I purchased this garment and I can attest that as someone who struggles with both of these conditions I find that I feel much more self assured and peaceful while wearing this. Not a medically assessed benefit I suppose but if you find that Deep Pressure Therapy helps with your anxiety you might find that this item makes you look AND feel good!

    Love Love Love it!!! When I first took it out of the package and wrapped it around me I was a little scared because it seemed way to small. But hey it is to train my waist rite?? lol had to do a little sucking in but once its all buttoned up it feels great!! Only been using a week and I feel as if it may be working.

    Fit perfect. True to size! I needed to shrink my waist by two inches. So i purposely order a smaller size. It fit like a glove. Love it. Tidy can hardly tell I have it on.

    If you area small usually you might need a large. I am 120 and a size 1 in jeans and I had to buy a large to fit. I suggest getting a size 2 times bigger that the usual. Great material.

    I read reviews before buying and bought 2 diff sizes(2x & 3x) just in case it didn't fit. I am short (4'10 ) and bought the short torso first, it made too much back/ bra fat so this one fit just right. the 3x fit, but I am on the last row of hooks for the snug fit already. i recently had lipo done, so these help with my hour glass shape during the molding' stage.

    I love how this wasit trainer sucks me in! I am 5'4 150 lbs and I couldn't decide if I should get a large or a medium. Went with Medium and I am so happy with the fit. It's perfectly tight.

    The fit was exact according to the size chart. This has done wonders for my posture and back pains associated with scoliosis. I've been wearing it every day and to sleep for the last two weeks. No noticeable difference in inches off the waist yet but it's still too soon to tell. Regardless - a great product and I will continue to use it.

    I am wearing it now -- went to church today looking slim & HOT!!! I'm an overweight 5'4 & this gave me some confidence back. It also heats my middle. Hope it works as a waist trainer. It's a beautiful waist cincher!

    I ordered this in white in a size large. After 3 days of wearing it at the loosest setting (which was tight!) I was able to go to the second set of clasps. It has 3 altogether. I wear it for 8 to 10 hours a day and it isn't painful but I noticed when I sit down to eat I do feel the compression of it and end up eating a lot less and drink a lot of water. I've had it almost a week now so I can't really tell if it will help shrink my waistline but being able to tighten it after a few days was encouragement to keep wearing it and to eat better and drink more water.
