Excellent product, fit is exactly as expected per the sizing chart. My second purchase as I washed the first one a few times too many. It still lasted over a year and fits extremely comfortably. If you are on the fence go ahead you will not be disappointed!

It fit perfectly. It's comfortable to wear for long periods of time as long as you're not sitting down a lot. Sitting for short periods of time is fine but it gets tight.

These waist trainers are fantastic. I am on my 3rd downsize. You will lose inches if you wear it faithfully every day. Make sure it is really tight- it may feel uncomfortable but you will get used to it. You might need to wear looser clotheswhen you wear it since you might have some back bulge and your breasts will be pushed up. For the price, you cannot beat it. The sizes are small, so choose a larger size than you normally wear. Start from the bottom and work your way up when you put the shaper on. I know that some ladies use the shaper to get rid of body bulges but I use it for overall stomach shaping and it works as long as you faithfully use it. I started with 3XL and now I am down to the XL size.

i'm 5'2 with 29in waist 139lbs so i got a small, feel like it doesn't make sense to get one that's your size if you're wanting something to slim you out. was able to get it on the first hook no problem & literally within 3hours i was able to adjust it & put it on the last hook. great material + comfortable.
