    Excellent quality material, and very durable. It is slightly too long, and cuts into my boobs a little bit. So if you are really short, this may not be for you. This also had a weird smell to it, like most clothing products do from Amazon, but washing took care of that. Overall, surprisngly comfortable, and definitely worth the money!

    This product is absolutely amazing. I don't often take the time to write a review, however this product has lifted my spirits exponentially over the last 3 months. At the end of January 2017, I began usin the breathable waist trainer in hopes to target my midsection for weight loss. Despite being very fit, eating healthy and regularly going to the gym, I could not lose any fat in my midsection from my last pregnancy ending almost 2 years ago. I still looked 6 months pregnant! I started out barely able to squeeze into a XXXL. Today, in early April 2017, I can fit on the first set of loops in a MEDIUM! I have hone down 4 waist trainer sizes in 3 month! I have went from fitting into XL size clothes to fitting into M/L. I no longer look pregnant. While I plan on continuing forward, I can now look in the mirror and not be embarrassed by what I see. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to target their weight loss at the waist. Follow the size chart, it's pretty accurate!

    Very good quality for the price. I wear mine at home and at the gym just to sweat and shape my waist

    You may not like it if you're looking to wear it under tight fitted clothes to look slimmer. It kinda squishes your boobs up and will look funny if you don't keep adjusting it

    I'm a 26 inch waist and I got the XS. It fits comfortably on the first set of hooks

    I am 5'6 & 160 pounds and the large is perfect!! according to the size chart i should get XL or 2XL, but the large is good because you want it to be tight!

    Ordered a second one for back up. It's amazing. I started at the first row of clips...and sucked in for that. Then I was able to graduate to the second row and then first row. I'm beyond amazed.

    I love it! I got the medium and started out on the loosest set of clips. I wore it 4 hours friday and about 6ish hours today. Just put it back on and was able to clip it on the second set of clips. I might need to buy another one sooner than i thought.. but im okay with that! Haha.
    I havent tried working out with it on yet, but now that im getting more comfortable in it, i definitely will be trying it soon (atleast just some cardio)

    Very form fitting. I've only had it for a few days now but it does wonders if you have that weird bulge after having kids. Supposed to move to a smaller size after a week and I'm still very curious as to how that will work. We'll see!!

    I have purchased a waist trainer before that was entirely too small bruised my skin, rolled up in the back and did not cover the back fat..This trainer however is awsome.Gives full coverage,very comfortable and does not roll up..LOVE IT.!!!!!

    I am a size 3-4. Short torso. I ordered a small according to the size chart. When I tried it on I at first thought I should have gotten a medium as it was really very difficult to buckle from the bottom, then I realized I had it upside down!!! So make sure you are putting it on the right way. However, it was still difficult to buckle as it was tight, but I suppose that's the point. It's supposed to help form your waistline, so it needs to hold you in. i wore it at work for a full 8 hours. It was great for back support and I sweated a lot.

    This morning (Day 2), I measured my waist and I'd gone from a 28 to a 261/2 in just one day... I can't say for sure this is all from the cincher because it could be that I've lost water weight due to that time of the month as I normally do. But, I do know that when I lose the water retention normally it is not 2 inches off my waist. More like 1 inch. I haven't been able to easily measure 26 inches around my waist in decades. I was also able to buckle the middle buckles. It took a bit of pulling, but the first day I couldn't even come close.

    I was able to get the third row of buckles fastened, so I'm stoked. It's supersexy. I tried it on underneath a dress I hadn't worn in decades and it made me look awesome. I just wish it was for wearing with those type things. You can see the seam unfortunately, so everyone would know I was wearing a corset!
