    Love this waist trainer, much more comfortable than the others I have. i am a size 10/12 and ordered XL, as with all trainers it seemed small until after the first wear. Overall super happy!

    Absolutely loved it!! I thought I measured wrong but I measured my waist and got size 28, so I went with large and I am so glad I did after being indecisive for many days. I fit at the very first hole so I can see progress as time goes on and I'll be at the last hole. For reference, I weigh 160, I wear size large/xl and the L size fits well!

    It's a great quality for the price. I'm 5'4 152 and I ordered a large. It fits tight on the last hook. I think the medium would have been too tight. It's very comfortable and I've already started to improve my posture while wearing it. Will post an update in a month or so. Definitely worth the money!! Hope this helps!

    I love this waist trainer!
    A few things worth mentioning: In my opinion, I do not think this would do much to the waist with just wearing it through out the day. I use this one for working out and I use it a lot while wearing my baby in the wrap. She is getting heavy and it is great for back support.
    It is a nice material, stretchier than my other waist trainer and you can move easily in it. Usually they say to go a size up but in this case I would suggest if you are buying a medium in most of your shirts then go with a medium. I got the large and went to the smallest set of clasps the first day.
    I am truly trying to train my waist, so what I do is sleep in one that is a little more binding. (I sleep like a rock) and then during my workout I wear this one. I highly recommend! :)

    I don't believe that it can slim you down if you don't change your diet and exercise but it sure makes you look great

    I was 5'7, 275 when I ordered this product. I decided to buy a 4X because of the reviews I'd read, but when I received it I could already snap it to the third row. I guess mine fit that way because I'm mostly bottom heavy. I'm gonna order another one in a 3X because I like the design and feel. Definitely worth the money!

    Started at 2XL now on medium! Lost 30 pounds, started at size 11 jeans now a size 5. Started waist training in January, she literally only wear it the 8 hours I'm at work 5 times a week. Don't really work out either not to mention I work in a donut shop lol needless to say it works!

    Um these are seriously made very small. I wear a size 3/4 in bottoms but needed a large or even extra large in this. 5'5 135lbs muscular af.

    I love it so much !! It came right on time and fits perfectly !! I have a big stomach so I was worried if it would cover from top to bottom but it did which was the biggest part for me ! I weigh 210 but I'm 5'1 and I got a 4X... I would recommend it !!

    I'm 5''11 - 180 (after a baby). I ordered a large (I have the medium and thoroughly enjoyed it). Not only does it fix my posture, but it is perfect for fixing the flab that's hanging out like a muffin top. I do wish it was an inch longer - my torso is extremely long, however, it does cover everything.
    First day on and I noticed a difference. While wearing this - I drink tons of water and my portion sizes become quite smaller than I was originally consuming.
    The product is sturdy, not flimsy and cheap. Definitely worth the money!

    Just received this today and put it on immediately. Love the tight snug fit and black rubber bumper is the reason why I've kept my phone in excellent condition all this time. I recommend if u have the galaxy note 3! I had a red one before that lasted a couple years before rubber started to stretch and red color faded. This one seems to fit more snug which I love. Maybe less stretching this go round
