I love it, it feels good and is not uncomfortable to wear, I just ordered 1 size to big so I have to trade for a 3x instead of the 4x I got. I wear a size 18 pants.

I really liked my new yianna waist trainer it was just the perfect fit and very comfortable compared to many other waist trainers I have tried on I really do recommend this I went from large all the way to xs and I did lose a lot of weight through my journey of waist training thank you to yianna waist trainers

Just about 3 months ago I started at a medium. Now I'm in a small ready to go to a xs. I exercise & changed my diet. But before that i noticed results.It helps define curves and get rid of love handles if you're consistent and 'train' all day. I went down about 5 inches & it shows.Put in the work if you want results 💪🏾

I hope this helps! This is the first time I’ve actually enjoyed waist training. The chart told me 4x but once I got it, it was way too big and went by what reviews said and went down 2 sizes from what the chart says.I’m normally a L/XL in shirts. It’s a little snug putting on as expected, but once it’s one it’s VERY COMFORTABLE... LIKE WOW! I feel supported but not squeezed to death and now that I’m regularly wearing it I see a difference.. I’m seeing less and less back fat hang over and also I recommend wearing a thin tank top. That started yielding results. I’m finally comfortably on the second hook. I could’ve been on it but now it feels like when I first put the first hook on it that makes sense. I will definitely be ordering from here for my next size.I also have a j-sculpt belt and this one gives me more comfort. Maybe once I go down a size I’llWork out in this one. I have the latex.

Just purchased my waist trainer and got it in 2 days. Been waist training for about 4 years and I’ve used another company all that time with that product literally failing every year. This product right is is lovely! It fits like a glove , it’s firm and holding and fits just as expected . I would like to write another review once I take it out on a run at the gym 😉. Overall I am very well pleased .

This review is long overdue. I am about to purchase my 4th Yianna waist trainer in Medium. I first made my purchase and started waist training January 20, 2020 and the first one I purchased was a size XXL. I wear the waist trainer 5 days a week at work. I put it on before I go to work and take it off usually after I eat dinner right when I get home. The first time I wore it and every time I go down in size I have this bulging back fat. I have since found back workouts that help me over time get rid of the bulge. I’ve gone through the 3 rows of XXL, Xl, L and now I am on to purchasing a medium. I am super excited about that. I know it is about to be August and I may have worn some of the sizes longer than I should. I am kinda thankful that I was used to wearing this waist trainer before this pandemic so when the stay at home orders came I didn’t pack on as much weight as I would have without it. I workout but I don’t work out with the waist trainer on and also I should say that I have a desk job. The waist trainer helps me sit up straight. Slow and steady but consistent that is how I am going through these waist trainers. Needless to say, I love these waist trainers. It helps with my posture and makes sure I don’t get a hunch back sitting at a desk all day, it helps me to not over eat and also there is no way you can eat too fast with the trainer on. I wish I took a progress photos. I was skeptical for a long time if it would even work but now I know.

LOVE this! 5'2 and 155, bought a medium. Wondering if I would have bought the breathable one if it would actually be breathable but ehh whatevs. I bought it medium bc I wanted to have it for awhile. I put it on the first hook but as I lose weight I can bring it in. Realized after sitting for awhile it can get slightly uncomfortable but I love it standing bc it covers everything and a good fit. Wires dont bend as I twist, sit, or lean. Good quality.

The quality is OK, that is, it doesn't breathe well after wearing it. After giving birth, I haven't found a suitable waist. This one just fits me, that is, I sit in a chair after being girded, and my waist is uncomfortable. Everything else is fine
