I love this. First time I’ve ever bought one that has snatched me all the way. Love handles and lower belly area.. I will admit that it is hard to get on & you may struggle a bit, but when you do get it on you will love it. It’s worth it. Standing with it on is a lot easier than sitting. May feel it go up under your breast if you have a bigger chest. I’m a 36C, so it doesn’t affect me.. May have to pull your bra over top of it. It’s definitely something you have to get used to.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS! I bought it for back support due to my scoliosis and horrible posture, i can't say this enough its a 10/10 on every level for that. Another reason for my purchase is for my uneven curves but my scoliosis has me a bit uneven. I already have a curves including a tiny waist but I wanted a more even curve, if you have the same problem, you'll understand what I may! Last but certainly most important, it is meant for long torsos and I can't shout this enough! YES YES YES! BUY IT, TREAT YO SELF!

Height 5’2” weight 160Lbs bust 36C hips 40in waist 32inchesAccording to the size chart I’m a XL. My waist is 32in. When I suck my stomach in I’m 29inches. So I bought a Medium. The medium was too big for me. I was able to attach to the last loops. Im going to give the Medium away and Order a size small. I’ll update y’all when I get it. Hope to help someone decide.

First off, I just want to say that these are absolutely NOT “true to size”!!!! I wear a med/lg and have most of my life, never had to wear xl or above unless its juniors sizes. With this I had to return and re-try FOUR times to get the right size and 4xl was the right size. - That said, this is the BEST waist trainer Ive ever had! It’s extremely comfortable and breathable, and I can really tell a difference from week to week as I work out using it!

I am 236 pounds I got a 2x with usually fit with other waist trainers I wish I got a 3x the 2x was soooo had to get on and off so if you add are around my size and have a lil belly get 3x . But other then that I loveeeeeee it i has it under my dress it really showed my curves I got soo many compliments about how good I look
