Fits the size right but after you wear it too long it kinda hurts, so just leave it on for the day and take it off at night or the other way around.

I’m 128 5”7 athletic build but I have a slight pudge especially when eating. I ordered a small, my waist is 27 inches. Been wearing it for a week and my stomach is flat already. I will continue to use. I also work out, ab workouts and weight training. Good luck to everyone!

Probably one of the best I’ve bought and used. Helps a lot post partum. I am usually a size 10 in pants and I ordered a medium the first time. It was way way too small. They stretch but not more then maybe a cm Or two? The steel bones are awesome. Can’t really bend over with it easily but it doesn’t budge so you don’t have to constantly adjust throughout the day. Not one you workout in. Exchanging was easy and didn’t take but a day or two more. Definitely recommend. I ended up fitting perfectly in a large!

I’m 5’8” 130 pounds wearing a size Small. I can get to the first notch and I can really squeeze to get to the second notch. I would love to eventually get the the third notch. I have a 26 inch waist and a 33 inch lower stomach. Hoping to tighten it up a few inches.

I was a loyal Squeem customer. And their products are great BUT double the price! For one Squeem girdle I can get 2 Yiannas so you can imagine my giddiness when I tried it on and I felt supported better than a high rise building in Chile. I love the breathable option. The only thing I could possibly recommend is to try on different sizes. My waist measured at 30-31 so I got the Large, but on a whim I got the Medium as well even though it would be too small. The Medium fit at the furthest clasp which means as I train my waist and lose weight, the MEDIUM will serve me longer. If I would have kept the Large, I would have outgrown (undergrown?) it very soon.

Absolutely love it. It rides up a little but thats to be expected if ur moving around a lot (which i usually am). But it doesn't ride up as much as other ones I have.

Amazing waist belt that is sturdy and made with great material. I love this weight belt and I'm a male and use it for my BodyBuilding shows to shape my waist. Great breathabke material and very comfortable but still heavy duty material with no signs that it will ever wear or tear at all. Amazing results as well! I highly recommend this waist trainer. Sizing may vary so give different sizes a try to best fit your needs.
