So far I love the hold and material of this waist trainer. Most people suggest latex but the smell and bend I can’t get with. This is perfect for women like me with short a torso. To give an idea on sizing I am 5’2 and typically wear a size 16/17 with an occasional 14 or 18. Hope that helps.

I ordered this 2 days ago and i already got it! It was a little hard to put it on at first but i got it and i absolutely love it already! Its great quality, with amazing support! I got a medium. I had a baby 2 months ago so im around 150 or 160, i am 5’3. I have not done any measurements tho.

I’m usually a large in pants, so I bought a large. I probably should have gotten XL. I can still fit in the large, it was kinda tight at first, but I’m use to it now. But it’s breathable, after a while it feels comfy. It also helps me with my posture so I’ll like to wear it daily. It’s definitely a nicer material, I wouldn’t want to workout in this, more just for sleeping or cleaning the house type of waist trainer. It also helps me fit in my clothes so much better and I feel much more confident. I just had a baby 5 months ago and this waist trainer has helped me gain my confidence back.

Fit is as expected, it is tight and you might need a little help getting in. But the waist trainer is breathable and not overly uncomfortable. It can be worn under clothes and is not visible in most occasions .

I am 5’7” and 167 lbs and I ordered an xl. I could have potentially got away with a large but didn’t want to risk it. As soon as I got this item I was able to go straight to the middle hook. Currently trying to lose some tummy weight right now and I wear this for several hours a day before working out and I am comfortable all day long. I would recommend.

I’m 5’7, 130 lbs with a 28in. waist and I ordered a S in the small torso waist trainer. I was difficult getting it on but it fits and breathes comfortably! I’ve had two waist trainers before but I found then to be very uncomfortable to spend long periods of time in. I’m still on the first hook but I can rest comfortably in this! Definitely recommend.
