I am 5’7” and 167 lbs and I ordered an xl. I could have potentially got away with a large but didn’t want to risk it. As soon as I got this item I was able to go straight to the middle hook. Currently trying to lose some tummy weight right now and I wear this for several hours a day before working out and I am comfortable all day long. I would recommend.

Fit is as expected, it is tight and you might need a little help getting in. But the waist trainer is breathable and not overly uncomfortable. It can be worn under clothes and is not visible in most occasions .

This is comfortable and fits well. Not really breathable so I sweat under it but it does what it’s meant to do. It also keeps your back straight so you won’t slouch, but that also keeps you from bending over to pick things up.

This is an excellent product!! I must be honest it was so hard to put it on the very first time, I followed others advice and laid down in order to make it easier, it does help but was still hard to get it on. When I finally got done and stood up it wasn't uncomfortable at all. I can sit down, drive around and just go on with my daily life as normal! After the first time each time after has been easier to put it on so don't give up on the first one please!!
