This actually works! It fits great and after wearing it for 4 weeks, I have lost 4.5 inches on my waist. It surprisingly also helps with low back pain! If you are short or have a short torso, it does get a little aggravating. Feels like your boobs are shoved under your chin. Also, wearing a bra with underwire is not recommended. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone (and have) to anyone looking for a waist trainer that actually works.

I've had my run in with various waist trainers over the years, but this one, BY FAR, is the best one I've ever worn!! I got the one with the extra bones inside (29.99)-- Y'all, totally worth the price! Most waist trainers have a tendency to look bunchy and bulky underneath clothing, but this one-- WHAT WAIST?! I wear this all the time when I'm running errands or even at work. But keep in mind, this one WILL suck you in, so be mindful of your air circulation if you plan on sporting this over long periods of time.I knew what I was getting into, so I am very pleased. Hopefully I see results soon. I'm obsessed with this thing!

I weigh 170lbs and I’m 5’4, my waist is 34inches and my stomach is 38inches so I had gotten a large but I was already fitting at the second hook. Then I ordered a medium and i fit into the first hook. The first couple days it was really tight, but that’s what I wanted. Now it feels good. I can easily wear it around the house for 6-8 hours. Btw I’ve waist trained before so I was use to this feeling but I feel like if it’s your first time ever I would get something that isn’t as tight.

It smelled very bad when it arrived. So i has to wash it before I put it on. But it’s amazing. Get your normal size! I am an XL in most things and I got this in a L and it is tight on the first hook which i was not expecting! So satisfied and it doesn’t roll or fold and I have some serious back rolls! 10/10 great product!

I have had the 25 steel bone waist trainer for a month now and I wear it for 8 hours a day with taking breaks two days a week. I have seen good results and my stomach is actually getting smaller within a week I was able to go down to the second hook and now I am on the third row. I got a size large and I am ready to size down to a medium. I wear mine over a thin tank top so my skin doesn’t get irritated. I am still new to waist training and this is the perfect waist trainer to try it out. I also changed my diet which has helped speed up my results and exercise. I am 5’4 and around 165ish.

I am 5ft 11 inches with a 37 1/2 inch waiste. I love this waiste trainer unfortunately, I had to retur. I am not a fan of the hook and zipper system, it IS VERY GOOD QUALITY AND SUPPORT, but it is cut small. It says for tall females bit I wish they would cut these things to at least a 13 inches from breast to under stomach on the front under vanel button. The price is great for a good quality as this
