This is perfect. I am a 40F in bra size. I'm a size 14 in pants and XL or 1XL in shirts. I was really doubtful about the sizing however I just went with what they gave me and I had to order a 5X to be able to zip my breast.I thought it was going to be over size in my belly area, but i still have about 2 inches of velcro left.

Had this for months now. This item is exactly as described. I wore it during the summer I would sweat like crazy, and at first I would just walk with it on and gradually do things around the house with it on and take it off and it would look like I went to the gym for hours. I definitely noticed a difference in my appearance and how my jeans fit. Going to have to buy a new one because this one is to big for me now. ;)

I went by my shirt size instead of the chart after reading the questions and reviews. Fits perfectly. I do not sweat even after a vigorous workout. Problem I've always had. This makes me SWEAT! Not only where vest is, but also my head, neck, arms are drenched after 20 minutes on elliptical. I highly recommend. I have purchased over ten workout waistebusters with no success so I bought knowing it probably would not work. I was WRONG!

This! Allll of this! It's comfortable, light weight and get's the job done. I was concerned reading the reviews that I would order the wrong size, but it fits great! Because it fits snug, I just wear a tank under it to catch the sweat and because I hate the feeling of cold sweat after a work out. The adjustable waist trainer belt gives me life! I feel like it helps target my (three kid) belly flab and makes me sweat more in that area. This one is it, ladies. Get you one!
