This is a waist cincher and not much of a trainer. It holds me in fairly comfortably and is thin so it doesn't show through clothing.

This vest waist trainer is awesome!!!!! I originally bought a more expensive one from a department store but it didn't fit well and didn't hold much in; this one however does the opposite! It's comfortable and makes my clothes fall off! It gives at least 2 sizes of versatility. I love it and would definitely recommend.
