I like this product and usually I don’t wear waist trainers and things like that but I do like this!! The size was a perfect fit and after wearing it for a full 8hrs (I wear it to work) it was still comfortable!! Now sitting down is a whole different situation...lol that was difficult as first because it was uncomfortable to just sit but to wear while working it’s amazing!! I work in a warehouse and it doesn’t get in the way of my job!! I ordered a 3x based on the reviews on Amazon as well as YouTube!!

This is an amazing product! It’s lightweight and comfortable to wear. It has a pocket in the inside to store your phone ! I wore this product on a 1.5 mile walk and I definitely sweated around the belly area and back a LOT more than without it. I definitely recommend purchasing this product!

Worked out in it and sweated like a pig now more than I already sweat on my body without a sauna suit. Excited to see further results.

Update, added more pics. Still pleased. Makes my lower back and lower tummy sweat. Those are my problem areas so I'm excited to see results.

It fits a little snug for a little snug for a large but it just makes me want to loose the weight even more faster to really see the results of it fitting a little loosely. When I worked out it had me drenched with sweat.

I've been using this product for a month now. It really has melted away inches around my midsection. I workout in it and sit in the sauna with it. Beware of the zipper if you use it in the sauna. It'll burn you. I ordered a 5x because of my bra size 44F. I'm down to 42 bandwidth. I started at a 2X shirt. Now I'm XL.
Stats: 5ft 8/280lbs/LB jeans 18/42F
Immediate tips: wear a sports bra if you have big boobs. Gives you even more support when jumping or running. Also wear a shirt underneath the vest. I tried not wearing a shirt. Personally I don't like the feel of any neoprene on my skin.
