I ordered this a while ago and i still use it ...it really does work makes me sweat extra even without exercise & it fits as expected i had to order a 5xl and i normally wear a 2x or 3x

This vest runs small. I ordered a 5x but I generally wear a 2x in tops. The vest has definitely increased the amount I sweat during work outs. It also dries quickly. I highly recommend this item.

After reading the comments i decided to go with 2xl and I am glad I did. Fits snug, not too tight or loose, very comfortable and adjustable,does what it said it would. Im 187 pounds, 5ft5inches and a half, My boobs are not small but they are not too too big. if you have very big boobs i would suggest going up a size because the bust area fits close

This sweat vest is perfect and definitely helped bring on the sweat during my workout. FYI - Make sure you consider your breast size when it comes to ordering. I am tall and plus size, but I do not have large breasts. The bottom of this vest has a good stretch across your mid-section, the problem is the top portion. If you're top heavy, you will need to have room for your breast in order for this to zip up. I bought a 4X and it fit just right. It was not too loose and it was not too tight.

I haven't gotten a chance to work out yet but it fits great. I am 5 9 and 330 pounds and I have kyphosis(curve in my spine). I didn't think it would fit over my curve but it did. I'm excited to try it out

I FINALLY ordered this after stalking the reviews. So first of all, my specs are 5’5 246 I ordered the 4X and could have easily went down a size. What I love about this trainer is, it’s not short.. the length is long enough that your stomach is not poking out the bottom. It has not rolled up, and I have not experienced any issues with the zipper. I will update after a month of continuous use.
