I have used it 3 times and love it! I have one small sweat belt but this thing really helps my back sweat and around my chest area. I love the fact that i can wear it as a sports bra, as it is supportive enough to do so.
I am a 42DD and i have a 36 inch waist, i ordered a 2x and it fits nice now, but as i lose weight (hopefully) I will have to buy a size down.
Overall, I love it. I wear a tank top under it so my skin doesn't break out (i have ezcema/sensitive skin). Definitely recommend!

Love my vest. Im 5'2 235 lbs. I ordered a 5x. I walk everyday and a month later I just ordered a size 4x so i would say it works!

My breasts are a bit big for the size I purchased to wear a sports bra with it although I can wear it as a highly supportive sports bra and it provides support for the tummy and chest while creating a sauna effect and helping you get a great sweat on! I wear it for all my workouts now. Will order more in other colors very soon!

I love this! I have read some reviews and became discouraged. Something told me to order anyway and I’m happy i did. First off, i am 346 pounds. Yes you read that right. I’m 5’7, and My stomach is my main problem. If this can fit me, you’re gonna be fine. I’m wearing a 5xl, i wear a 24w in pants if that helps more.

I weigh 175 lbs, 36” bust & 35” waist...I ordered a M because the XL is now too big & I know I will continue to lose so I don’t want to keep buying each size.
The M, to my surprise, allows for additional tightening as I lose more inches around the waist. The bust area is little snug but in okay with that as it will allow me to wear a sports bra only.
In the past I typically used this vest for walking only because HIIT training in this vest makes me feel like I’m going to pass out. (That’s my tolerance.) That being said you definitely will sweat a lot with the vest! I’m going to try it out around the house & see how it goes.
Also it’s great for improving your posture; that was an additional perk I didn’t even know I needed/wanted!

I have tried several shapers and waist trainers over the years. None of them have met my full expectations. They were either too big, too small, or made cheaply (Losing their elasticity or ripping). This waist trainer is perfect. It fits me just right without me feeling like I am suffocating. The material and sewing are extremely durable. I love the fact that it covers my whole midsection including the chest without bulging. I highly recommend this product!

I needed an XL based off of the size chart. I listened to reviewers say go up a size if you’re heavier chested. I’m a 36DDD so I ordered a XXL at first. (Blue pants) I had too much room in it so I sent it back and ordered the XL that same day. I’m so glad I did. It was a much better fit (black shorts). This thing has me sweating bullets in the gym! I don’t even have to wear a sports bra. I’ve been using it for about two weeks now, and honestly I could size down to a L next time because the XL is getting looser. I’ll definitely be ordering more colors soon!

I ordered this a while ago and i still use it ...it really does work makes me sweat extra even without exercise & it fits as expected i had to order a 5xl and i normally wear a 2x or 3x
