Love this thing cant say enough good things about it! It does run small though so read the size chart! I'm usually an xl and I had to go up a few sizes, especially if your busty! I'm NOT busy and it JUST fit and is really tight in that area. Makes you sweat though that's for sure! And holds your posture in. I dont workout without it!

I love this! My only issue with this, is that the Sizes run to small! I ordered L, did not go all the way around me so returned item and ordered 3XL a little to big.

When I first got this sauna vest it did have a chemical like smell I washed it and had no more issues. I do feel like it aids with maximizing the sweat in my mid section during my workouts.

I bought this on suggestion from a young lady at work that lost a lot of weight. I bought a size smaller than recommended by the size chart because since I wanted to get a lot of use out of it and i was already losing weight, i didn't want to get my size now. This vest definitely sweats you, but that's a good thing. I would recommend for workouts.
