I absolutely love this waist trainer & it really helps me work up a good sweat. I am 5'2, weigh 230lbs, & wear a 42DD and ordered a XL, it's tight which I love and expect it to loosen as I lose weight. It was originally very hard to zip up around the breast area, but as I used it more often it became easier to zip up.

I have t used it yet but I probably could have gone a size down. I’m a 40C/5’7 and wear size XL/16 in shirts. I can’t wait for the gyms to open back up so I can sweat!

I’m 5’2” and 180lbs. Bust 36DDD I purchased an XL and it fits perfectly. It really makes your entire top and mid section sweat. Definitely recommend.

Fits great and do the job perfectly I got a xl but I could have gotten a large. Base on the facts that I'm already down some weight. But by summer I will get a large or medum. Material is perfect.

I was literally outside, putting my shoes on to go run when the UPS man showed up. PERFECT timing. This vest is amazing. I love it because not only does it make your waist sweat, but it also gets that stubborn back fat that you get when you’re wearing a bra. It doesn’t roll up when you’re running, working out, bending, etc. I LOVE this because you don’t even have to workout. I can just put it on and clean my house and I notice I’m sweating a lot. I am about 5”4 175lbs in a 38DD bra. I bought an xl and it fits absolutely perfect. I even posted on FB to recommenced this to my family and friends. BUY IT. you won’t regret it.

I wasn’t sure which size to purchase because of my body frame, so I bought the 2X and 3X. The 2X fit me slightly tight, but not enough where it was uncomfortable to wear. I definitely needed help zipping up because my breasts were just not helping. In the 3X, I was able to zip up just fine and definitely more room. It wasn’t as tight to my frame as I would’ve liked so I was able to bring the velcro part around my waist more. I decided to just keep them both and wear the 3X until I move down to the 2X. Now, while trying these on and walking around in them for a few minutes, I definitely started sweating. All in all, this suit is for sure going to make me sweat and it fit comfortably in both sizes. I am a DD cup size, so the 3X was easier to zip up but the 2X was fine on my chest. It was not constricting at all, but I wouldn’t use a sports bra. I would just wear the suit since it’s a snug fit there.
