Obsessed with this! I wear it for almost every workout now. I love the second velcro wrap; it allows you to really cinch in the waist to your liking/comfort. Doesn't slip or move during my workouts and also doesn't add bulk so I can wear it under my regular workout clothes with no problem.

I wasn't sure about the sizes so I ordered two, L and XL. My normal shirt size is a L. The L was a too small so I gave it to a friend and the XL fits perfect.

I loved this waist trainer! it gives the ability to choose just the right amount of pressure You need during your work out. The only complain I have is that it's not meant for long torsos.

I love the quality of this product but unfortunately this was too small i don't want to return i want to exchange it but theirs no option for exchange =( i can only return it and get a refund but i DON'T want to return it i want to do and exchange of size i need a size large maybe even an extra large... love the quality tho =)
