Excellent product. Sturdy material. Good fit and it is totally adjustable- so you can continue to tighten as you train your waist :)
I have a 23 inch waist and a size small fit just fine- hope this helps with size selection.

It's a great way to help kick start any summer diet. I wear a US ladies 16 and I ordered XL, fits great and plenty of room to synch waist. Can't wait to order a smaller one! ;)

This is such a great product. Make sure you go by the size chart provided. I am a size 16 in womens and I got a large. It gives me an awesome hour glass shape, but I will say this is for people with a shorter torso. I am 5 5. I believe that taller women may have am issue with it, just a heads up. I love this product, it gives me the same shape as the woman in this picture, it was well worth the price. After trying 5 different shapers I was getting ready to give up. Now all I need is a but lifter and I will be in good shape..lol..
