I found out about this from my trainer. It really helps to remind me of my posture--so important when you have back issues. Plus, proper posture makes you look 10 pound lighter. Great product!

I am 5' 3 and 110 pounds and this fits perfectly, definitely something to just wear around the house or while working out as it is bulky. It feels very secure as well, probably due to the two separate Velcro areas. Definitely recommended.

I LOVE THE WAY IT FITS ! I USE IT WHEN I AM DOING CARDIO. I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY DECREASE IN WAIST JUST YET BUT I AM VERY STRICT ON DIET AND MY WORKOUTS WHICH I DO 6 DAYS A WEEK SO I AM HOPING SOON THERE WILL BE SOME RESULTS
