I purchased this for dual purpose. It does just what I purchased it for. The back support that this belt gives me is amazing. When I put this belt it feels like the most comforting hug to my lower back. As your waist decreases this belt will shrink with you, in that it is adjustable. It does however have a strong smell but over time that does go away. I waited before writing this review as I wanted to give my honest opinion. If you are planning to wear this under form fitting clothes, be advised that it is very visible. But so far it seems to be of good quality and affordable. I would definitely purchase this belt again. This belt was purchased with my own money, so therefore this is my honest opinion. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

The quality is way better than I expected. It is super strong and holds very well. Just a bit smaller but perfect so when I slim down I can still make good use of it. Worth every single penny. I will definitely get another one so I can keep one in my gym bag and have one at home.

I love this waist trainer! I have had it for about a week now and wear it every day around the house or when running errands under my lounge clothes.

It is also very comfortable to workout in! I do cardio, abs and weights (arms/legs) and it doesn't shift, poke or irritate.

I am such a fan of this product! I have had 7 of my co-workers purchase it. Basically i sit a good chunk of my day if i am not busy and i slouch. The best thing about this trainer is that it can be adjusted. I keep it slightly loose because if it is too tight right off the bat, my body wont adjust. I have made it slightly tighter each time. I wear it ~5 hours a day and so far it has given me amaznig results (on posture + figure). I plan to go to the gym and use this durin gmy work outs to help enhance the effect.Loveee it otherwise. I ordered another companies trainer and it was GARBAGE compared to this!!

So I got this one specifically because it had sooo many reviews and I am not disappointed. I got a small and it fits perfect. It's so easy to adjust and very comfortable. I have a short torso so I'm glad it's not super long. It's not too bulky, you could wear it under loose fitting clothes during the day. I would recommend this for sure.
