    This is awesome, it holds you in and very comfortable. I figured I'd try it due to all of the positive reviews and I'm glad I did! I ordered a XL I'm at 191lbs give or take a few lbs. Love the way it cinches my waist. It also soaks up your stomach sweat and mess free when you take it off.

    this thing is great! my only complaint is that if worn for too long, i start to feel nauseous, but it's probably like that with any waist trainer. this one is great quality and very adjustable.

    Ordered a medium - I am currently hovering between a size 6 and 8. I literally wanted to cry this trainer made my torn disc feel so much better. The best way to keep torn disc pain from hurting is to keep a strong core, however, when exercising is painful that can be challenging. This gives me great support, but I can still breath and move comfortably. Road tested it at the gym today and it was awesome!

    Not purchased for weight training, but my personal trainer took one look at mine today and now I am ordering her one too!
