Excellent for a beginners waist trainer! Arrived within 3-5 business days. I currently have a 26 waist and the medium fits perfectly with a lot of room to go larger or tighten it for a smaller waist - however if your waist is larger than 30 inches - order a size Large instead. Camellias waist trainer is preferable to other corset-type waist trainers especially for beginners because it allows you to have flexibility in both mobility and the level of tightness. I like the fact that its adjustable in 3 areas: the middle and both sides and also that it made with very strong velcro instead of hooks, which makes it easy to take on and off and is great for getting the perfect level of tightness that you want each time you wear it. It also give great back support. Personally I wear this for an hour at a time, usually 3-4 days a week while standing, working at my desk or working out. The only downside I've found thus far is that it smells like a plastic factory but leaving it air outside for a few hours should do the trick! Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone who is getting into waist training but isn't ready for corset commitment.

Firstly, the shipping was really fast!!!! I received my trainers in 2 days.

I love the shaper , it's not super uncomfortable like others that I've tried . I sometimes even wear it on a regular. Also when I wrap myself under it , it doesn't feel any different. I've noticed slight lil changes and I've only had it for about 2 weeks now . Shipping was fast!!
