I am 5' 6 , weigh 170 lbs, I do not have a waist, I'm bigger in the middle (Think corn dog on a stick!), I have long legs, big boobs and I'm short waisted. I did not go by the manufacturer's size chart and ordered a large. It was very difficult to get on the first time, I was huffing and puffing, but once if figured it out within 2 days I was hooking on the third row. I could have bought a Medium. I've never had a corset that fit vertically, so I was anxious to try this one out and it fit perfectly. The boning on a regular waisted corset would always bend when I sat down, this one does not. It also does not push the fat up and over, like some creating back cleavage. The inside is nice and soft, the outside is latex with tiny holes, it does make you a little hot, but tolerable. I recommend this product....do not go by the size chart though.

It's a bit tight, which is what I expected. A little hard to get on and off. Once it stretches out a bit it will be fine. This is my second one purchased, but the next smallest size, helping with my weight loss and support for my back. It would be nice if there were some type of tool to help stretch and hook the closures or unhook them. But eventually I'm sure it will fit nice and I'll be able to move it tighter again.

I had mommy make over 2 months ago and I think I spent a lot $$$ buying different kinds of binder just to support my muscle repair. Nothing worked for me it’s either the material is too cheap after few weeks it becomes too loose and uncomfortable, too hot that the material is giving me skin irritations, Velcro is rubbing my skin causing me break outs. But this is jut perfect for me

My Go To Waist trainer! I have tried many, many, many others before and so far this is the best for me. As a Personal Trainer and Pro Figure Competitor it is necessary to have a trim waistline. This helps to pull sweat and holds it shape very well. It is so breathable and the quality is so good I bought 4 more.

I originally ordered the regular one but it was way to long for my short torso. I have never written a review before but after wearing the small torso one for 2 days, my husband and myself could already see the difference. After having 2 kids and I think hormonal weight gain mostly, the fat in my stomach area was similar to that of how I was when I was pregnant and basically was very high almost like a shelf under my breasts and outward. I was really hoping to train my body so it wouldn't distribute the fat like I was pregnant and I am already super amazed. On 3rd day I have already moved it to the middle clasps. There is buldges but that is to be expected, I wear loose sundresses and you cannot tell that I am wearing it out at all. Also it feels good to me wearing and isn't uncomfortable. After wearing it all day I do need to take it off but overall I'm surprised impressed with this product.

Good girdle. Very sturdy and construction seems well made. Was surprised that it is actually made of rubber. Love that it has a lot of boning. It certainly helps correct posture. Will see how it holds up through wear and tear.

One of the best waist trainers I have found! Excellent quality, very comfortable even after a long period of wear. ONLY downfall is the size chart runs big. Originally got a small and had to return for an x-small. Wearing it on the tightest row already. Would be nice for an xx-small to be available. [5'5, 118 lbs., long torso]

It fits perfectly on my short torso. I love it but the seams started coming loose on the side. I was disappointed so I will send it back and hopefully they will send me another one.
I still gave a 5 star because it fitted perfectly on me.

I never leave home without this waist trainer! It took me a week to get it on because as the other reviews have said...you must pull and rug and force your way into it the first few times...the struggle is REAL but worth it!! Be prepared to breath shallow breaths and eat less!! It does just what I intended. Very happy
